Description:
Before I began my career in Real Estate, I had bought and sold my own homes from a Re/Max Sales Representative. I was 19 years old when I purchased my first home and the experience of that Re/Max Sales Representative, it was that transaction that left a lasting impression and I knew that I could only be a Re/Max Sales Representative myself.

Once licensed, the only choice for me as a REALTOR® was to work with the best in the business. Impressed with their commitment, high standards of practice, and sound business philosophy\'s I knew this was the place for me.

Prior to Real Estate I worked for 8 years as a Director of Administration for a private health care company, overseeing 33 Office Managers in a clinical setting and I served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 9.5 years stationed in Comox, British Columbia, Edmonton, Alberta and Kingston, Ontario.

I have almost 22 years of practical business experience and can effectly manage my daily routines to ensure my clients are getting the best service possible. I am an effective team player, communicator, and leader with strong negotiating skills.

I believe in giving back to my community and therefore have served in the following capacities: 2 years as President of the Board of Directors for a homeless shelter in the Greater Toronto Area, 2 years on the Board of Directors for a Seniors Non-profit called \"The Second Mile Club\" of Toronto, 3 years on the Board of Directors for The Fraternity, a men\'s social and business group.

I am currently sitting on two task forces with the Toronto Real Estate Board, one dediated to our online MLS® System and the other dedicated to providing new services to our membership of realtors. I am also an Assistant Director with Canada\'s largest networking association dedicated to help build entrepreneurs businesses through weekly networking sessions (BNI CANADA) www.bnicanada.ca.

My goal is to simply make your Real Estate transactions as simple as possible wtih as little stress as possible. Education and Understanding today\'s market place is the key to making well-rounded decisions.
